Welcome to the Brentwood Family Health Center

At the Brentwood Family Health Center, we focus on optimizing the physical, mental and spiritual health of the entire family. Our entire staff is dedicated to delivering timely, effective, and appropriate care to all of our patients, in a respectful, considerate, and compassionate manner. Our appointments run on time and we do not double book appointments.

We are in network with most PPO health plans and Medicare, and also accept private pay patients. New patients of all ages are welcome.

In Brentwood since 2002, we provide comprehensive health care for the entire family. Our approach is wellness-oriented through lifestyle modification and education. Prescription medications are dispensed judiciously and only after non-medicinal approaches have been exhausted.

We offer a variety of medical and chiropractic services, with emphasis on health and wellness assessments, preventive medicine evaluations, routine gynecological services, infertility counseling, as well as geriatric, pediatric and adolescent medical services.

Dr. Mizrahi is on staff at Saint John's Health Center and primarily works with colleagues affiliated with Saint John's Health Center. All patients requiring emergency care are directed to the Saint John's Emergency Department.
